Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure food is cooked and stored at proper temperatures to maintain quality and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or spoilage to the kitchen supervisor
Properly label, date, and store food items
Assist with menu planning
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary Range will be 10,000 to 20,000
