We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to manage the kitchen and prepare high-quality, hygienic, and tasty food for our staff and guests. The candidate should have expertise in South Indian & North Indian cuisine and the ability to maintain cleanliness, taste consistency, and timely preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily meals for staff and guests as per menu requirements.
Ensure all food is cooked in a hygienic and healthy manner.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and pantry area.
Manage inventory of raw materials and groceries; coordinate with admin for purchase requirements.
Control wastage and ensure cost-effective cooking.
Prepare snacks, tea/coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
Maintain proper storage of food items and ensure freshness.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef / Cook, preferably in corporate or hospitality setup.
Strong knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, and basic Continental dishes.
Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, discipline, and team spirit.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Cook/Chef.
