Roles & Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation
Ingredient Sourcing:
Cooks must select high-quality ingredients, which often involves visiting markets or suppliers.
Prepping Ingredients:
Tasks such as washing, chopping, marinating, and measuring ingredients are essential for smooth meal preparation.
2. Cooking Techniques
Utilizing kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, grills, and blenders.
Applying various cooking methods such as baking, frying, steaming, and roasting.
3. Plating and Presentation
Effective plating techniques that highlight the meal's elements.
Ensuring the presentation is appealing and aligns with the restaurant's theme.
4. Menu Planning and Development
Collaborate with chefs to design balanced menus.
Ensure that meals cater to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Requirement & Skills
Middle School / High School
Previous cooking experience is preferred from Residential
North Indian Preferred
English / Tamil / Hindi & Telugu - added advantage
Outstation candidates - PVR must required
Food & Accommodation will be provided
Must Stay in Residential - Bachelor Accommodation
