We are seeking an experienced Cook who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 100 employees, specializing in both South Indian and North Indian cuisines. The candidate must ensure variety by avoiding repeated dishes while maintaining taste and nutritional value.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Create tasty, nutritious, and balanced meals suitable for a large group
Plan menus to avoid repetition and keep meals interesting
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste
Serve meals on time adhering to quality standards
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Expertise in cooking traditional South Indian dishes (e.g., idli, dosa, sambar, rasam, uttapam)
Proficiency in North Indian cuisine (e.g., paneer dishes, dal makhani, roti, pulao, curries)
Ability to prepare varied and healthy menus suitable for a large workforce
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Efficient time management and multitasking skills
