We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards, while maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:*

Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service.
Ensure food is prepared and served on time, hot, and fresh.
Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and properly storing food supplies and ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to the chef or manager.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Adapt recipes or preparation methods to accommodate special dietary needs or customer requests.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

Proven experience as a cook or relevant role.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team player with good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,840.30 - ₹30,628.88 per month
