Exciting Opportunity: Cook

We are looking for a skilled

Odia Cook

with expertise in preparing authentic Odia cuisine. The candidate should have knowledge of traditional recipes, use of local spices, and the ability to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Odia dishes.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook authentic Odia dishes (Chhena Poda, dahi bara aloo dum, etc.). Ensure proper use of local ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques to maintain authenticity. Plan and prepare daily meals for minimum 100 people Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times. Manage grocery, stock, and ensure minimal wastage.

Working Hours:

8-10 hours a day will be discussed during the interview

Requirements:



Proven experience as a cook specializing in Odia cuisine. Knowledge of traditional Odia recipes and regional cooking methods. Ability to cook for small and large groups. Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and time management. Flexibility to adapt to menu variations and customer/family preference
