Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per approved menu
Cook Indian vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian food (as required)
Ensure food quality, taste, and timely serving
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and cooking area
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Manage raw material usage to avoid wastage
Coordinate with helpers and kitchen staff
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Follow company canteen rules and safety guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years
experience as a cook in a canteen/hotel/industrial kitchen
Knowledge of Indian cooking (veg & non-veg as applicable)
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Ability to cook in bulk quantities
Physically fit and able to work long hours
