Job Responsibilities - Canteen Chef



Menu Planning & Preparation

Plan and prepare daily/weekly menus considering nutrition, taste, and cost-effectiveness. Prepare a variety of meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages) suited to the canteen's audience.

Food Production & Quality

Cook and present food to high standards of hygiene, taste, and consistency. Ensure timely service of meals during peak hours. Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.

Hygiene & Safety

Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and storage areas. Monitor proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
