Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, sides, and beverages as per menu specs Maintain high food quality and presentation standards at all times Follow standardised recipes and portion control to ensure consistency Handle kitchen prep efficiently: slicing, marinating, frying, toasting, and assembling orders Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene (FSSAI safety compliance) Monitor ingredient stocks, inform management for replenishment Pack orders neatly to prevent sogginess or spillage Collaborate with the founder/brand head for testing and improving new menu items Manage cooking equipment and report maintenance issues Maintain records of prep, wastage, and daily production Requirements: Prior experience in a fast food kitchen / QSR / cafe preferred Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and handling meat & veg prep separately Should know how to use grills, fryers, toasters, and basic kitchen tools Quick and clean working habits under time pressure Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented Must be available during peak hours (lunch/dinner shifts) Basic understanding of food packaging and delivery-focused cooking is a bonus High school or culinary certification is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary with growth opportunities Fun, fast-paced working environment Training in gourmet & mass burger styles Flexible working hours (ideal for local cooks or home kitchen pros) Performance-based bonuses A chance to grow with a young food brand
