We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare high-quality meals according to our menu and recipes. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
Assist in menu planning, portion control, and ingredient management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or maintenance needs.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Adhere to company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
Culinary degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Conditions:
Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Standing for extended periods; occasional lifting of up to 20 kg.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
