Job Title: Cook (South Indian, Indian, and Chinese Cuisine) : We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Cook who specializes in South Indian, Indian, and Chinese cuisine to join our restaurant. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and quality. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes from South Indian, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. - Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in taste and presentation. - Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently. - Monitor food stock levels and inform the management in a timely manner when supplies need to be replenished. - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate cooking times for different dishes. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment. - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic and safe kitchen environment. - Assist in developing and improving menu items based on customer feedback and market trends. - Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed. - Stay updated with industry trends and new cooking techniques to continuously improve culinary skills.
