Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and desserts, according to traditional recipes and techniques. Develop and innovate new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of North Indian cuisine. Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques and presentation standards. Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and control food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing portion sizes. Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and specials. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in North Indian cuisine, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of North Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
