Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner based on household preferences.
Plan weekly menus with attention to nutrition, taste, and dietary restrictions.
Shop for groceries or prepare shopping lists.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils.
Ensure safe food handling and storage practices.
Prepare snacks, beverages, and special meals when needed.
Manage pantry inventory and monitor supplies.
Occasionally cook for guests or small gatherings.
Requirements
Proven experience as a home cook, household cook, or similar role.
Knowledge of a variety of cuisines (e.g., Indian, Continental, Chinese, healthy meals).
Ability to adapt to household food preferences and dietary needs (e.g., low-salt, diabetic-friendly).
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Time management and multitasking skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Training in culinary arts (optional).
Experience working in private households.
