Key Responsibilities:

Cooking Duties:

Prepare Ayurvedic meals, herbal teas, and decoctions as per the doctor's instructions. Follow Ayurvedic cooking principles -- using fresh, wholesome ingredients and minimal oil/spices. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness while cooking and serving. Assist in portioning, serving, and storing food safely. Manage kitchen utensils, cookware, and ensure proper washing and arrangement. Monitor and report shortages of groceries and ingredients.

Cleaning & Maintenance Duties:

Clean therapy rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily as per hygiene standards. Wash and sanitize utensils, therapy vessels, and equipment after each use. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining area, and waste disposal zones. Support the team in laundry and linen maintenance related to therapy rooms. Refill water, towels, and required supplies in treatment and waiting areas. Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

Basic education (SSLC or equivalent).

1-3 years of experience

in cooking and cleaning duties in a hospital, Ayurveda centre, or wellness facility preferred. Knowledge of basic Ayurvedic or vegetarian cooking desirable. Ability to communicate in

Malayalam

(basic English understanding preferred).

Skills & Attributes:

Hygienic, punctual, and disciplined. Physically fit for kitchen and cleaning work. Honest and dependable. Respectful and cooperative with colleagues and residents. Willingness to learn Ayurveda-specific routines.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
