Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus
Plan and develop new recipes and menus based on customer preferences and feedback
Ensure high quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation
Monitor and manage inventory levels and food waste
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following health and safety guidelines
Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure timely and accurate food orders
Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures, including portion control and waste reduction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking techniques and equipment

Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent; culinary diploma or degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in preparing Indian, Chinese, or Continental cuisine
Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation
Creative and innovative approach to cooking, with a passion for food and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and management
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 915,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
