Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Making different types of foods Making food with good quality and taste Keeping kitchen area clean and tidy Should know how to cut vegetables and fruits
Preparing food and ingredients.

?Managing kitchen staff or other employees.

?Ordering kitchen food supply.

?Controlling kitchen costs.

?Cooking food and plating it.

?Meeting with guests to ensure they like their food.

?Creating menus or revising current menus.

Managing food budget.

Chef Job Responsibilities:

?Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.

?Develop and plan menus and daily specials.

?Create prep lists for kitchen crew.

?Manage food costing and inventory.

?Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.

?Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

?Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.

?Participate in interview process and selection of kitchen staff.

?Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
