Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea-time snacks based on the guest house schedule.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety.
Manage grocery planning, stock checking, and coordinate with management for timely purchases.
Ensure taste consistency and nutritious food preparation for all residents/guests.
Ability to prepare basic North Indian or simple continental dishes is an added advantage.
Maintain proper portion control to minimise wastage.
Serve food on time and ensure neat arrangement of the dining area.
