Monitor daily operations across all departments (IT, sales, marketing, HR, etc.)
Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth
Monitor company performance through KPIs and analytics
Report directly to the CEO and support executive decision-making
Lead and motivate teams to achieve company goals
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing requirements
Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
Identify risks and implement process improvements
Drive operational excellence and sustainable growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Master's degree (MBA) preferred
5-10 years of senior leadership/managerial experience
Proven track record in operations management and strategy execution
Industry-specific knowledge (depending on company)
Professional certifications (CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc. - optional but valuable)
