The Data Analyst (C10 role) Transformation Analyst is responsible for performing analysis/reporting activates related Chief Data Office (CDO) through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business.

This role will support Chief Operating Office (COO) Transformation, will be involved with various CDO functions like Data Operations, Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Transformation, COO & Functions Data, Master Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Product Management.

This is a seasoned professional role, applying an in-depth disciplinary knowledge and contributing to the improvement of CDO activities for the area or function under his/her purview. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.

An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.

This role will include Data Engineering, Actionable Insights Generation, Process Management & Automation, Data Visualization, Executive Presentation activities on day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
• Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including Data Operations, Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Transformation, COO & Functions Data, Master Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Product Management.
• Develops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processes from transformation point of view.
• Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
• Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available data sources. Creating actionable insights for senior/middle management review.
• Work with CDO partners and Technology teams to identify and implement workflow management tools. Build a strong data ecosystem for generating actionable analytical insights. Identify critical data elements, data transformation needs, thresholds, data migration requirements and other business requirements.
• Assist in the remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback on the data transformation program.
• Design/analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing results, identifying risks, creating proactive mitigation plans.
• Accountable for understanding data quality rules driven from the profiling and assessments of critical data.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
• Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.
• Provide in depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Work and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, technologists, and senior level management.
• Coordinate and plan work activities, meetings and other tasks that demonstrate leadership with measurable results.
• Support reengineering efforts in business\'s methodology, strategy, and organizational goals.
• Apply/demonstrate advanced understanding of processes, procedures, and policies for aligned business.

• Extensive Experience working with Data nuances \xe2\x80\x93 data integration, analytics & insights, data validation, data quality, reporting/dashboarding, data management and automation.
• Familiarity with data modelling concepts.
• Understanding of Financial products.
• Knowledge of US Regulatory Reporting requirements.

• 2+ years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience with Python, ETL, SQL and visualization tool like Tableau is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Masters/University degree or equivalent experience
