Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering. MBA [ Preferred ]
• More than 20 years experience with @ 5years of handling Integrated steel plants.

• Operational Management: Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to meet company goals and optimize performance.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Innovation: Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adopt new technologies.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration.
• Sustainability: Implement and oversee sustainable practices and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and represent the company in industry forums
