In this role, you will directly interact with interested students and parents, explain course features, guide them through the enrollment process, and help them start their learning journey with Edize.
Your primary responsibility is to
convert warm leads into enrollments
using effective communication and student-centric counselling.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, and website sign-ups.
Understand the student's academic needs, goals, and current challenges.
Build positive relationships with students and parents through trust and clarity.
Coordinate with academic, operations, and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Provide feedback and help improve tele-sales scripts, pitch quality, and lead handling strategies.
