We are looking for a freelance or part-time CRO Specialist to help improve the performance of our website and digital funnels. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying conversion opportunities, and running data-driven experiments that drive measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible, project-based work and can deliver high-impact optimization insights independently.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze website data, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct UX research using tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user feedback.
Develop hypotheses and create A/B or multivariate test plans to improve conversions.
Set up, run, and monitor experiments using CRO platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize alternatives, Convert).
Provide recommendations for UX/UI improvements based on data and testing outcomes.
Collaborate with designers or developers (if needed) to implement test variations.
Deliver clear reports that summarize findings, wins, and next-step recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience with CRO, A/B testing, or digital analytics (portfolio or case studies preferred).
Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
Ability to create structured testing roadmaps and actionable insights.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
