Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube Ads), while staying within budget constraints.- Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights and automation tools to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creatives as needed.- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and generate insightful reports for stakeholders to track campaign success.- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and refine negative keyword lists for better targeting.- A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve overall performance.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to ensure paid ad strategies - align with overall marketing and brand objectives.- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing to optimize our campaigns and maintain competitiveness.Requirements- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping, YouTube), with familiarity in using other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Bing Ads).- Certification: Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video) are required.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and related digital marketing tools.- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and trends, making actionable decisions to improve campaign performance.- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining precision in execution.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex campaign results to stakeholders.- Problem-Solving: Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach to managing challenges and seizing opportunities in paid search.- Experience with Other Paid Media Platforms: Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid advertising platforms is a plus.- Experience with E-commerce: Experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands and knowledge of conversion tracking and shopping feeds is a plus.- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ads Scripts, HTML, landing page optimization, and website conversion tracking.
