Job Description

We are looking for a copywriter and Content Strategist who can create clear, persuasive, conversion-focused copy writers that moves prospects through the funnel from seeing an offer to clicking, signing up, engaging, and purchasing.
This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience who wants to grow into a full-funnel messaging and conversion specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Write and improve copy for landing pages, product pages, ads, emails, WhatsApp sequences, and social media.
Craft clear, concise messaging aligned to customer segments and funnel stages.
Test different hooks, angles, and formats to identify what improves engagement and conversion.
Review performance metrics (open rates, CTR, sign-ups, conversions) and refine copy based on insights.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Research customer psychology motivations, objections, and key decision drivers before writing.
Requirements
1 - 3 years of experience in marketing or conversion-focused copywriting.
Portfolio that includes landing pages, ads, email sequences, or similar work.
Ability to write sharp, clear, value-driven copy.
Familiarity with persuasion frameworks like AIDA, PAS, BAB, or similar.
Experience with email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.).
Experience working in SaaS, Ed-Tech, Coaching, or D2C sectors.
Exposure to performance marketing, growth marketing, or CRO environments.
