We at SLV Fortune industries are into design and manufacturing of Graphite components and are working with Automobile, Jewelry, Furnace manufactures etc.

Our ideal candidate has a technical background, preferably Diploma or ITI (in Mechanical Engineering), an Expert turner for Operating Conventional (non CNC) Lathe machine operations

key Responsibilities:

Setup machines (calibration, cleaning etc) to start a production cycle based on drawing provided. Job setting & Turning Handle & Measure dimensions using Precision instruments like micrometre, Vernier etc. Read and understand engineering drawings Tool post grinding
Read and understand engineering drawings

should have sound knowledge in Threading & boring

Monitor and control the machine performance and settings as per drawing requirements

Inspect the specification of the product during manufacturing process

Ensure machines are regularly checked and cleaned

Fix any issue / malfunction that may occur

Willing to work in shifts
