Job Description

We are seeking a

Convention Center Manager

to oversee the complete operations of our convention and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth event execution, maintain high standards of service, and manage the overall functioning of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

day-to-day operations

of the convention center, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth workflow.

Coordinate with clients

for event planning, setup, and execution. Supervise and guide

supervisors, housekeeping, and service teams

. Maintain records of bookings, schedules, and event reports. Monitor

facility maintenance

, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Ensure

staff grooming, discipline, and performance

standards are met. Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve operational issues promptly. Work closely with the catering and operations team to ensure

seamless event execution

. Oversee

inventory control

, material usage, and cost management. Prepare

daily operational reports

and submit to management.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 1-4 years in banquet, events, or convention center management. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Basic knowledge of event planning and hospitality operations. Willingness to work on flexible schedules, weekends, or event timings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
