Experience:
Minimum 3 yrs in both PLC and ROBOT programming
Skills:
PLC programming, ROBOT programming (ABB, FANUC)

? Responsible for Design and Drawing electrical drawings using 2D CAD / EPLAN.
? Architect, write and debug PLC code, HMI & ROBOT programs that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable
? Generate HMI screens for complex machinery and provide documentation for use and troubleshooting
? Manage electrical cabinet builds and field wiring
? Select and size electrical and electromechanical components such as servos, 3 phase motors, analog and digital sensor, and safety-rated components
? Train internal team to support automated equipment after deployment
? Identify, develop and design control panels, as well as provide improvements and upgrades to control systems
? Report performance trends/issues to management and recommend solutions
? Develop standard operating procedures and train personnel on all new systems
? Define control system and instrumentation maintenance requirements and procedures
? Identify instrumentation deficiencies and suggest alternatives
? Assist multi-discipline engineering team in creating meaningful alarms and periodically check their effectiveness
? Creating the BOM.
? Debugging the machines at shop, site & Online.
? Travel will be involved extensively for Installation & Commissioning.
? Preparation of reports and documentation as and when required.
? Willing to learn and extensive Robot and PLC programming.
? Willing to update with latest technologies and use it for work.
? Train the colleagues or juniors as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Diploma / BE in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or 3+ years working at an industrial manufacturing facility and related instrumentation/automation certifications
Software knowledge: PLC programming, experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell RS, Vision
1 year of experience with studio, and Ignition SCADA system
Experience in design, operation, and maintenance of industrial control systems
Strong data and system analysis, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
ROBOT programming (ABB, FANUC etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills, persistence, good judgment, and attention to detail
ProfiNET, Modbus tcp/IP, ethernet i/p and Kepware experience a plus
Familiarity with High Performance HMI best practices a plus
Proficiency in creating detailed schematics and models in CAD (SolidWorks preferred) a plus
Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases a plus
Text-based programming (C,C++, Python) a plus
Must be a good problem solver and enjoy a dynamic, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in the same time frame
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
