1. Code Quality

Number of defects found in code before/after release

Adherence to coding standards and naming conventions

Proper use of C# features and best practices

Reduction in rework due to poor implementation

2. Task Delivery & Productivity

On-time completion rate for assigned tasks

Number of story points or tasks completed per sprint

Accuracy of task estimation (improving over time)

Ability to break down tasks into manageable pieces

3. Testing & Debugging

Unit test coverage for assigned features

Ability to identify and fix bugs independently

Reduction in recurring issues

Proper use of debugging tools (Visual Studio, logs, breakpoints)

4. Collaboration & Communication

Responsiveness to team communication

Participation in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Quality of documentation for features or fixes

Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification

5. Version Control & Workflow

Proper use of Git (branching, commits, pull requests)

Clean and meaningful commit history

Number of merge conflicts handled correctly

Following CI/CD processes consistently

6. Initiative & Growth Mindset

Volunteering for small improvements or refactoring tasks

Openness to feedback and ability to apply it

Engagement in learning new tools (e.g., .NET Core, EF Core, APIs)

Contribution to team knowledge (sharing learnings, notes, small demos)

Work Experience

Skill Set


Good proficiency in C#

Good proficiency in SQL

Required proficiency with Git and GitHub

Required proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Required proficiency in application of the software design patterns

Required proficiency in architectural design (Object oriented analysis & design)

Required good presentation skills

Required good training/coaching skills

Required knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.

Required good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).

Required proficiency in team software development, including reviewing code of other developers via Pull Requests.

Attention to detail and clear thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; commitment to delivering great software and releasing it quickly, efficiently and with increasing quality

Program code within the coding standards set forth by the internal team

Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience



Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering

Experience 1 Year to 3
