Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, standardization, and implementation of a globally distributed automation platform Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders Ensure acceptance criteria and test cases are agreed during scoping phase Setup and configure build automation tasks including standardized build templates Implement the solution in production and monitor a couple of times end-to-end Monitor and identify exceptions to be handled in process during SIT & UAT Review analytics and provide improvement suggestions Work as part of an Agile Team (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and peer developers) to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements Design process workflows using Control-M application; build, test, and implement while ensuring quality in delivery Experience with solution architecture of large-scale projects and delivery of enterprise-critical initiatives Collaborate with Business Analysts for process identification and feasibility Perform proof of concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution Gather and understand requirements and identify the business flow Develop workflow as per requirements with sequence Experience in end-to-end development of business processes using Control-M Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of Control-M processes Provide timely responses and solutions as required Stage and deploy the automation solution into test and live environments Understand business priorities and processes and provide automation solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (software/application) or equivalent Strong working knowledge implementing and configuring Control-M in HA Enterprise environment Working knowledge of one or more programming languages (Python, Perl, Shell Scripting, VBS, Java, JavaScript) Solid understanding of Windows and Unix OS 4+ years of experience as Control-M Developer Knowledge of MFT, DB, REST API, Web Services Control Module Working knowledge on Oracle/MSSQL DB Experience in PL/SQL is preferred Experience in Automation API (REST API) Team player with 5 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations Self-motivated and willing to try new things - fail fast and learn/experiment Knowledge of any version control tool, preferably GIT, and CI/CD with Jenkins or Bamboo
