Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of Control M Enterprise Manager Server Agent and Managed File Transfer MFT Proficient in job scheduling monitoring and administration of Control M Ability to implement complex scheduling logic and configure Control M calendars conditions resources Create and manage jobs using Control M MFT and Application Integrator modules Perform installation in place upgrades patching and migration of all BMC Control M components Enterprise Manager Server Agent Configure SSL certificates and perform disaster recovery activities Administer and monitor Control M environments ensuring optimal performance and SLA adherence Handle changes tasks and incidents in the support queue ensuring timely resolution Perform root cause analysis of encountered issues and coordinate with customers for resolution Generate reports and maintain documentation for operational transparency Integrate Control M with cloud platforms using the modules e g AWS Demonstrate basic scripting knowledge for automation Hands on experience in installation upgrade migration and patching of Control M components Experience in incident management change handling and task resolution using Cherwell or similar tools
