How Youll Make an Impact:
Within the TI SES controlling team you are participating in the ramp up of Siemens Energys Electrolyzer business for green hydrogen. You are contributing to the financial transparency and ensure that the organization is having the necessary information for decision making on hand.
A Snapshot of Your Day

• Monitoring of business relevant KPIs to drive SES business performance and to support the achievement of strategic and business goals
• Ensuring a high level of transparency for all SES KPIs as well as a high level of FC-accuracy
• Consolidation of Budget / Forecast activities and preparation of month end closing review meetings
• Analysis and commentary of FC deviations
• Preparation of management reporting and presentations
• Identification and implementation of process standardizations and improvements
• Increasing efficiency in reporting for all KPI's. Drive automation and digitalization for SES

What You Bring

• Bachelor or masters degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a comparable education
• Professional experience (

6 years) in the finance area, ideally controlling * Expert in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP

• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• First experiences in current business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skills
• Open-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a team
• High degree of motivation, initiative, high quality standards and results-oriented work
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy
• Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
