Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial control systems to monitor and manage the company's financial performance. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards, ensure clean books and records. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Support the preparation of financial statements and audits. Oversee the day-to-day controlling, financial analysis and operations. Coordinate with Business Area/Business Line controlling teams. Drive Finance digitalization Projects

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance or equivalent is preferred. Proven experience 6-8 years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. Proficiency in SAP, Qlik, Power BI, Service now etc. Excellent Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
