Job Position Controlling Professional (Guidelines and Principles)
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure Governance in Accounting and that local internal guidelines are in place that are in confirmity with the Siemens internal as well as with statutory requirements and assess arising changes in regulations to develop strategy for early adoption.
2. Responsibility for ICFR requirements and the Compliance controls for Accounting are adequately implemented within Siemens Limited and the regional companies and to support the Corporate Country management to have an effective and efficient internal control system.
3. Responsible for implementing new accounting standards within Siemens Limited and affiliate Indian Companies of Siemens
4. Supporting by providing accounting solutions to business for complex commercial transactions.
5. Imparting training on various accounting topics on a monthly basis
6. Coordination with the external auditor and internal stake holders for implementing adequate measures to remediate audit findings
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. Big 4 candidates preferred. Skill sets required Good knowledge of IFRS, Indian GAAP, Companies Act Requirements etc
