About you and the role
As Controllers Coordinator based in Navi Mumbai you will be responsible for making sure all bank and treasury transactions are recorded correctly and on time. This includes uploading bank statements into SAP every day, checking and clearing accounts, and fixing any issues. Closely working with different teams like Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax to solve problems and keep everything accurate. Job also involves matching bank and loan balances, handling month-end tasks like reclassifications and Blackline reconciliations, and making sure SAP matches other systems so that our financial records stay correct.
Key Responsibilities:Check that bank statement movements are properly loaded to SAP each day. Monitor clearing accounts and clear open items daily. Follow up with respective teams e.g., Treasury, Apay, Payroll, Tax to get the offset entries. Reconcile bank accounts. Match SAP loan balances with supporting system Match intercompany loan balance with counterpart. Booking of month end reclass & bank overdraft. Perform month-end activities including blackline reconciliation.

Qualifications:
Qualified Commerce Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Your SkillsWorking experience of ERP system (SAP finance - financial accounting module is plus) Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel) Good communication skills Analytical skills Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Additional notes:Relocation assistance is not available with this position. The ability to accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time Zone is essential.
