What you will do

Management Reporting:

Prepare and deliver all regional, HQ, and local entity reports (e.g., SOI, WOC, Logistics, CIS, APEX, CPS). Design and implement monthly budget-monitoring frameworks with variance analysis and actionable insights.

Business Controlling:

Act as a trusted partner for FICO lead and business teams, providing timely analysis for decision-making. Monitor key sales drivers, price initiatives, and productivity indicators (inventory turns, DSO). Perform ad-hoc business and sensitivity analyses.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

Coordinate annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes. Analyze variances and support regional controlling teams in financial planning.

Systems & Process Ownership:

Serve as key user and process owner for controlling processes in India. Optimize processes while ensuring compliance and internal controls.

Growth & New Business Evaluation:

Provide quick financial evaluation and recommendations for new business cases.

Other Responsibilities:

Support cost audits and controlling aspects of new projects as required.
What you will need

Education:

CA / ICWA

Experience:

8-10 years post-qualification experience in business partnering and management reporting. Proven track record in MNCs and prior experience with regional/global controlling teams.

Skills:

SAP knowledge (preferably CO module). Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.

Personal Attributes:

Commercial acumen, meticulous, resourceful, and independent. Ability to work under tight timelines in a matrix structure. Positive attitude, team player, and strong business partnering capability.
