Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Controller (CA/CMA/Inter) with 8-10 years of experience to join our finance team. Primary responsibility of this role is overseeing financial analysis, margin management, forecasting, and cost control within our manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Margin & Cost Analysis

: Analyze and optimize product margins, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Budgeting & Forecasting

: Lead the preparation of P&L forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring precision and alignment with company strategy.

Cost Control

: Monitor costs versus standards and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Financial Reporting

: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and balance sheet reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

CA/CMA/Inter (Completed or pursuing) 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or the automobile industry. Strong understanding of costing methods, financial analysis, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP,) and Microsoft Excel.
