Key Responsibilities
Monitor dashboards, alerts, and system status
Log, track, and update tickets accurately
Perform basic issue analysis and troubleshooting
Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as defined
Maintain shift logs and basic reports
Follow SOPs and support processes strictly
Key Skills
Hindi communication (mandatory) and basic English
Basic computer and system knowledge
Understanding of ticketing tools (basic level)
Attention to detail and process adherence o Willingness to work in shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
