Job Description
Experience in ThermalPower plant DCS and PLC systems in the areas of Engineering, Project management, FAT/SAT and site commissioning along with other C&I packages. Preparation of technical specifications for C&I Electrical components. Verification of the supplier documents during pre & post order stage with an eye for optimisation in BOQs. Good knowledge of C&I items like Pressure, Transmitter, flow and Level. Experience in Electrical Actuators. Knowledge of Inspection of Instrument panel and FAT. Good experience ofhandlingsite issue and customerconcerns. Good skill in meet the engineering deliverables on time Hands on experience in developing and implementing control systems logics wrt P&IDs and control wirte-ups. Finalization of IO assignment. To carry out Logic checking, testing and corrections if required. To carry out equipment\'s commissioning with approved engineering SOPs and test and verify the programs are running smoothly. Execute FAT & SAT successfully. Complete I/O Checks, instrument configuration and required documentation for project. Tune and monitor both closed and open loop functions. Loop checks, Instrumentation setting and testing of various communication protocols (Profibus, Fieldbus, Hart, MODBUS, IEC 61850). Experience in Yokogawa and Emerson DCS will be an added advantage.
