Resource shall be responsible for remotely monitoring of sites like Bank branches, ATM's, retail outlets etc., process through the trouble ticket created by the monitoring system.
Education:
Any Diploma or BA/BCom/BBA,BBM, BSc graduates (students with back papers can apply if they have good communication skills).

Candidates should be comfortable to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Good communication skills.
Language Proficiency- English, Hindi, Local Language
Capable of taking quick, correct decisions.
