The role spans the full engineering lifecycle--from conceptual design and modelling through simulation, validation, implementation, and commissioning--ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions across multiple projects.
This position requires deep expertise in HVDC Control & Protection systems, proven leadership, and the ability to drive engineering strategy, process improvement, and consistent technical quality across multi-disciplinary, international teams. A key focus is building organisational capability, strengthening engineering processes, and unifying engineering centres worldwide around common standards and best practices.
