We are looking for a precision-oriented technician to handle the assembly and wiring of PLC control panels and machine field wiring for Special Purpose Machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Panel Assembly:
Mounting DIN rails, ducts, PLCs, VFDs, and Relays based on GA drawings.
Wiring:
Power & Control wiring (24V DC / 415V AC) with neat routing, ferruling, and crimping.
Field Work:
Routing cables to sensors, motors, and cameras on the machine.
Testing:
Basic I/O checking and continuity testing with a multimeter.
Requirements:
Qualification:
ITI (Electrician) ,Diploma (EEE/ECE) or B.Tech/BE.
Experience:
1-3 years in
Industrial Automation
or
SPM Manufacturing
.
Skills:
Must be able to read Electrical Schematics independently.
