Your Role

Administer and maintain IBM z/OS environments Configure and optimize Control-M for batch job scheduling Manage middleware components like CICS, MQ, DB2, IMS Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis Handle escalations and coordinate with global teams Maintain SOPs and technical documentation Ensure compliance with ITSM KPIs and SLRs Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 preferred)

Your Profile

6 to 12years of experience as a Lead and manage mainframe infrastructure operations (Z Series, Control-M) Provide L3 support: advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation handling Administer and optimize mainframe middleware environments Maintain and update SOPs and service delivery documentation Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices, KPIs, and SLRs. Participate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiatives Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs Support security management, monitoring, incident response, and regulatory compliance Communicate effectively with local and global teams, including Japanese stakeholders
