Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Control-M Administrator or Support Analyst.
Technical Proficiency:
o Control-M Suite: Expertise in Control-M/Enterprise Manager, Control-M/Server, and Control-M/Agent on various platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows).
o Workload Automation: Strong understanding of concepts like job dependencies, calendars, variables, conditions, and resource pools.
o Scripting: Proficient in at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl).
o Databases: Experience with database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries.
o Operating Systems: Solid understanding of both Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
o Networking: Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP) and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Soft Skills:
o Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
o Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
o Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
o Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and meeting business needs.
o ITIL: Experience with ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
