Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer

to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of our automated systems and instrumentation across the production facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process control systems, instrumentation maintenance, and system integration in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, and maintain control systems to support automated manufacturing processes. Specify and calibrate instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow sensors. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process data and optimizing control loops. Develop and maintain P&IDs, control logic diagrams, and documentation for instrumentation and automation systems. Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for control system issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance. Ensure compliance with plant safety standards, regulations, and internal quality systems. Interface with vendors and contractors for equipment specification, procurement, and installation. Participate in commissioning and startup of new equipment or process lines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's , Diploma degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field. Freshers , 1 - 2 yrs of experience can Apply Familiarity with safety standards and protocols . Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other electrical design software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
