We are seeking a skilled

Control Engineer - Industrial Automation (PLC Programmer)

to design, develop, and maintain control systems for industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PLC programming, system integration, and troubleshooting in manufacturing or process environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems Develop and modify control logic, HMI/SCADA applications, and automation documentation Perform system integration with sensors, drives, robots, and other industrial equipment Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams during project execution Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications Support system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field Proven experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Omron, or similar) Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.) Experience with HMI/SCADA systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with VFDs, servo systems, and motion control Knowledge of industrial safety systems and standards Commissioning experience in manufacturing or process plants Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
