Control Engineer (PLC Programmer)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or
a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Schneider Electric, etc.). Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA interfaces (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition). Design and implement automation control systems for industrial processes and machinery Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, production) to integrate control systems into manufacturing environments. Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning on-site or remotely. Develop documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and
electrical schematics .

Support installation, startup, and training on automated systems at client or internal facilities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and customer requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automation systems and equipment. Propose and implement process improvements to increase reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related
field

2-5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation (or
equivalent).

Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text,
Function Block).

Experience with HMI/SCADA systems development and configuration. Solid understanding of electrical control systems, sensors, actuators, and VFDs Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel designs. Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus,
Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
