About the Role

We are seeking

experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

with strong expertise in

Alt Text writing

. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating accurate, concise, and accessible alt text for academic and scientific images in their respective disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Write high-quality

alt text descriptions

for images, diagrams, and charts in academic content. Ensure accuracy, subject relevance, and adherence to accessibility guidelines. Meet the

daily productivity norm of 87 images/day

while maintaining quality. Collaborate with project teams to align with requirements. Deliver within timelines under a

6-day working schedule

.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject (Biology, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics).

3-5 years of experience

in

Alt Text writing

for academic/scientific content. Strong subject knowledge and ability to describe complex visuals clearly. Attention to detail and familiarity with accessibility standards. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
