Contract Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility: Minimum 8 years of experience in civil and painting works; retired candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to supervise and coordinate civil and painting works for a large building project. The candidate will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and execution between the main contractor, paint company, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil and painting activities at the site. Coordinate with contractors, paint suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Monitor work progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Resolve on-site issues and report regularly to project management. Maintain detailed records of work progress, materials, and manpower. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and painting projects. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and quality control procedures.
Preferred:

Prior experience in large-scale building projects; retired professionals with a proven track record are welcome.

Competitive, based on experience and project scope.
