Job Responsibilities :

. End-to-end procurement of all kinds of Revenue Contracts/ Services (within designated discipline), within parameters of targeted cost, quality and time, while participating in category management as directed by Contract Lead. Job Accountabilities

• 
  Revenue Contracts/ Services (within designated discipline), within parameters of targeted cost, quality and time for Contracts-Mechanical
• 
  Performing sourcing process, internal cost estimation, bid analysis, negotiation
• 
  Preparing proposal award notes and coordinate approvals
• 
  Perform contract amendment processes
• 
  Preparation of contract strategy, vendor development & BT implementation
• 
  Finalization of scope of work in case of a newly awarded contract
• 
  Handling Post award contract management issues
• Guiding contracts engineer & Sr. contracts engineer for the respective category

Role - Responsible for vessel Chartering activities to cover worldwide shipment of Liquid Bulk Petrochemicals and Petchem Gases, ensuring safe and efficient transportation to global destinations while closely monitoring market trends and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and vessel owners.

• Statutory regulations
• System entries and Data maintenance
• IT systems development

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Understanding of shipping terminology
• Contract legal implications
• Financial acumen
• Basic technical knowledge of ships

Education Requirement :

• 
  B.Tech Necessary + MBA / similar professional qualification (Optional)

Experience Requirement :

• 
  9 to 12 years of experience in the related field

Skills & Competencies :

• 
  Experience in Construction / Operation / Maintenance in Manufacturing / Exploration sites is an added advantage
