Outlook Experience

? Presented contract summary for projects, pre-tender reviews of contract conditions, interpretation of various contractual provisions and respective nature of contractual & legal implications pertain to the relevant standard specifications.

? Implemented Compliance of contractual requirement and submission of required documents/reports etc. as per provisions of the agreement & potential risks identification reported w.r.t non-compliance of contract conditions.

? Presented bid submission documents adhere to the contractual provision with respective compliance based on the project requirement.

? Strengthened design SOP implementation for Procurement and Contract department overall functions. Ensure fulfilment of all the obligations towards contract Such as submission of bank guarantees, insurance & other guarantees & keeping track of the same.

? Devised correct contractual procedures are operated for both Main Contracts and Subcontracts by ensuring that the site team is complying with contractual obligations. Tender, Bid and award management for shortlisting and selection of contractors, tender evaluations, contract award and preparation of contract agreements.

? Reviewed contract provisions between the contracting parties are complied, monitoring the performance reviews of the contractor, tracking the payment system, contract change control system, claim administration.

? Contractual Correspondence / Reply of letters / preparation of EOT notices / Variation orders / in connection with the tender, bid & contract agreements with respect to the various projects. Preparation of MIS and Contract reports
